The sale's associate was so friendly and so helpful. I wanted to look at all these charms and she grabbed them out for me without complaining. She also helped me pick out my charms for my bracelet and teach me how to open and close the bracelet as well as how to put on my charms so I have them facing the way I want it to.

The store only allowed a small amount of customers so I got one on one service. I had an idea of what I wanted and the sales person was great, she showed me other options as well. I would definitely go back to this location.

Nikki w helped me, I had a stone missing out of my ring and left my receipt at home she accommodated me to getting a new ring. She was very polite and even asked me questions to see if I had the receipt in my email and tried looking it up for me luckily she was amazing enough to exchange it. Definitely will be returning to this location for her and her sales associates.
