I was in a rush and new what I wanted, the sales associate was very adamant about me sanitizing my hands when I walked in reminded me a few times to stand behind the glass. She was so fast with finding what I needed and was amazing with the whole transaction. I was very happy and so happy the it went as quick as it did because I was panicking for time. This Pandora store is located within a mall, so the waiting line outside the store is climate controlled and comfortable. The physical distance markings for where to stand are clear, and allow a view of the jewelry on display in the store. There’s a sign with a QR code on the glass, making it easy to go to the virtual catalog on your cell phone, so customers can identify the item they want while waiting in line. This speeds up the interaction with the store personnel when you reach the head of the line. With two staffers at the door, one can manage the customer interaction and the data input, while the other staff person goes in and out of the store with the jewelry items. It’s very efficient, and limits the number of guests and staff inside the store.

I already went there knowing what I want, and one of the staff attented to me and got me exactly what I went there for. I have never been in and out so fast. It was amazing especially because I was on a time limit and Pandora staff made me happy.
