The girl that helped me out she was great she did it really fast was very happy with the service I received

Because they were able to assist me and hold the stich Christmas charm. I drove almost 3 hours to get it. Jazz on Crambridge side mall told me I could get it here and make it possible for me to get it. She is really actively engaging and love to help people. She treated me like I was a friend for many years and it was actually first time I met her and it was my best pandora experience ever. As a recommendation I will love that pandora employees mention the 10 dollars off with the 7 day purchase survey because this will engage the customer more and will actually make them to come back.

Excellent customer service, very patient and where able to find everything in need it and where able to answer all my questions.the store was super clean and neat.

There were only 2 associates in the store, that did not acknowledge that there were other customers. They acknowledged me when I asked if there were other associates available. The attitude was not appreciated.

The manager Damien was absolutely amazing! He made my birthday shopping with my two girlfriends just perfect! Got myself a new pandora credit card and 10% off!! He also says I will get a birthday $10 off each year! How amazing! I will be coming back Saturday for the event at the Natick mall!! Gonna win me some free rose gold!
