My husband purchased an Aruba charm for our Anniversary recently unfortunately the charm broke off. The store manager agreed to honor the warranty by repairing the broken charm dangle but I explained to her that I was uncomfortable with that since the charm may break again and the next time I may not be so lucky with the charm (broke off) again. The manager, Melisa and her staff (Jeannie and Christie) were very courteous and professional. It was nice to feel they cared about my concerns.

The sales associate was very helpful. She took her time with me to show me everything I wanted to see. She explained everything very well. I was there for 1hr & she was very patient & kind.

The customer service experience was superb. The representative seemed very knowledgeable. Overall an awesome experience.

Everything was amazing the only complaint I have is that I had to wait for 25 to get into the store. But since it was the day after Christmas I understand why the wait was long. Overall was very pleased with my visit!

First off I was so excited to be notified by txt message of the black Friday presale from Diego. Thanks to him I was able to beat the rush on Friday. Also, Melissa always makes my day when I go to Pandora. She knows her merchandise and is always helpful and making suggestions that I absolutely love. Melissa and Diego are wonderful employees. They should be recognized for a job well done. Happy Holidays to all!

My brother and I went to buy a the rose gold bracelet for our mom. There was a wide variety of products which it was good because we could choose from the different options.
