The sale associate was very helpful and assist immediately upon my entrance into the store

The sales person doesn’t seem too professional or interested to sell the product

Chose wrong I was !

There’s always room for improvement.

I was looking for a pair of hoop earrings that would suit my granddaughter yet they didn't have any also no good sales

I’ve always liked pandora, it’s not just going to a store, it’s an experience. I love looking for new charms and how helpfully the associate are and help me find exactly what I want.

Associate was prompt and acknowledged me waiting in the store. Very friendly and efficient.

I loved the jewelry, very good quality, I am not very satisfied with the merchandise exchange policy, I used the jewelry once and realized that it was too big, I tried to exchange it and they told me no because the jewelry had already been used.

There were only 2 employees in the store, with maybe 7 people looking around. One associate was helping a customer and the other was at the cash register cleaning jewelry. I think another associate on the floor would have been beneficial because I had to wait to try on/buy a ring, and they also seemed a little stressed, which is the bigger issue in my opinion.
