1.Sales Associate was attentive and helpful. 2.We did not have to wait to be helped. 3.The process went quickly, and the sales associated waited for us to decide which charm to buy, after consulting friends.

Pandora is a great shop and it is very great to share with your friends. But the shelf’s weren’t very cleaned even though barely anybody could see it.

The sales associate was very rude and always expected me to show a picture of the product I was asking him for, like you are the sales person, you shouldn't need to always expect your customer to show you the picture of the product they are looking for, you should be able to know what i'm talking about or have some idea. And he wouldn't really pay attention to what I'm saying or asking and he gave me a feeling that I am just a waste of time.

I was under the impression that customers were not allowed to browse the store. We were to stand in one location while the merchandise was brought to us, which takes away from the shopping experience. There were no mother customers in the store besides myself and significant other, so I’m not sure why the sales associate didn’t want us to look around. She kept insisting that she will bring us anything we want to see, but I would have liked to just browse the store and see the displays.

Couldn’t look at the selection at all because there was another customer in the store. There should maybe be a book or something that you can look at if you can’t browse. Ended up not exchanging one of the charms I wanted to because I couldn’t browse the selection. I had to tell the sales person what kind of charms I wanted, when I’d rather see what is available.

I am satisfied with my purchase.

My husband bought my first Pandora bracelet and since then I have been hooked on your product. Every time there is a special promotion I buy.
