It was unclear who was able to enter the store. I was waiting in line and somebody randomly walked in and the associate's didn't say anything. This was the only negative thing in my experience. Overall it was great.

I found the sales associate was not very friendly, welcoming and engaging even while I was looking at pieces and asking to see pieces. Another reason is that I felt the prices were higher, so for me I would have gotten 1 more pieces except once the items I picked out were rung up it was already $250 for just 4 pieces. I have a full silver bracelet, what I call full leather one (because I know it can't hold a lot) and I am working on another regular silver one, so I am not new, I also worked at a Pandora store when I was in college and I just felt some of the regular pieces were much higher priced, again 4 pieces for $250! Was not expecting that. And lastly, the selection in the store seemed very lack luster, I was expecting much more, unless this sales associate just didn't want to show them to me... but I had to ask her to show me what I was in there to see, she did ask "what are you looking for today?" Or " can I show specific items" etc. She only asked if she could help with anything when we first walked in, that was it, there not much else communication that took place.

The location of the store in the mall was a bit inconvenient to find, and the prices are a bit high for just a charm, but that was to be expected.

I had been in this store a few weeks ago looking for the red leather bracelet, the sales associate took my name and told me she would call when they were back in stock. Today I went in and they had been replenished, never received a call. The sales associate missed out on an even bigger sale. Thank you Francis B for all your help today!

I was satisfied with the service. It was good service. I wouldn't say exceptional but she was "good".

Someone was going to contact me regarding availability of items not available that day - whether those items are discontinued or if they would still be available after the sale. I still have not heard back.

It was very crowded in the store. There was no system to know who was waiting the longest or which customer was next in line for service. The wait for service was long.
