The sales associate seemed annoyed with assisting me. She asked what size I am, and when I stated I was unsure, she responded ugh. I asked to try the bracelets on, and she was just like here I stated it didn't fit and asked if there's a smaller size she stated yeah. When I asked well can I try those on her response was "ugh so how many are you getting?"

The girl that help was nice although I had bought a ring that cost me 150$ few months ago when I came to the store I had to have a receipt other wise they wouldn’t be a exchange the girl that help me told me if I have no receipt there’s was no way to exchange for another one. I feel like they should be a better system to look customer in the system especially because I always go here. Regarless if I have a receipt or not it’s a pandora merchandise not my fault that the stones were coming off.

Honestly the wait to get someone to assist you is extremely long, the store was packed and there was only 2 girls helping, you need to hire more people on the holidays

Maria the sales associate is always very rude and unfriendly. That was not the first time she’s treated costumers rudely

I purchased a bracelet for Christmas for my daughter.. and recieved the free bracelet with it ... valentines day she was given charms but the bracelet was too small... the store was unwilling to work with us regarding an exchange.. my daughter was told quote " you will have to keep it and not use it" they were in the package brand new.. after I had to call and stated my frustration they exchanged one bracelet and made her keep the other that she can not wear .. I find it very frustrating and am not liekly to return to the pandora store

I came to the store to exchange the size of the chain(bought online). The lady in the store firstly said I cannot exchange the chain due to paid by paypal, then she said I can only change with the same price. Which is already a sign of in-professional. ——— The manager Damian came out to change the size, but the one he provided has significant different color-has deal and yellow tone, clearly being hydrogen sulfide. Demian (manager) said he can polish it because the one he gave me was exposed to the light. I said okay. ——— The lady then processed on her iPad ***without my confirmation***. When manager finished polishing the chain, it’s still different color. But the receipt came out (***I was not aware of at all***). ——— The manager Damian !!!FORCED!!! me to take the dark yellow one, and I cannot exchange or return the chain because I have already ”exchanged” it. He also told me “THEY DO NOT NEED MY CONFIRMATION TO PRINT RECEIPT because I said size was perfect and agreed with polishing”. Then he tried to call the security because I started recording and called 911 to protect myself.

Because the associates did not tell me the price before purchasing so Until everything was finished I felt obligated to pay. I am very upset they need to tell someone how much it’ll be before spending almost $1000
