I have been coming to this store for a couple of years now and always loved it and the brand. However, on my last visit I was very dissatisfied with my experience. I went to resolve a previous purchase issue and the associate the helped me, Olivia, was extremely rude and talked in a disrespectful tone. I had asked the store I purchased the item from if a certain transaction was possible and they assured me I would have no issues if I went to my regular store to get it resolved. Olivia repeatedly told me I could not do this and I was breaking the rules and even refused having a student discount. Every time I had gone to this store they had given me the 10% student discount as it states on your website. I had to request her manager and the manager let her know that you did in fact give a student discount. Olivia was still unhappy and continued to complete the transaction while making me feel like I was being greedy or ungrateful for the help even though I remained quiet. Overall I left the store feeling the lowest I have ever felt leaving that same store and I will probably not be returning. I hope my experience can help so no other customer has this experience in the future.

Sales associate Yasmil M took my daughter's bracelet of Disney exclusive charms to clean it. Returned it a few minutes later, and proceeded to assist us for another 1/2-hour looking at other jewelry. Meanwhile she introduced us to another sales associate behind the counter who showed us her two bracelets full of Disney charms. When we left the store and drove home, we noticed my daughter's Disney Parks-exclusive Space Mountain charm was missing. We drove 35 min. back to the store and the associate with bracelets full of Disney charms had supposedly "found" it after we left (but not in the half-hour we were still in the store, while they remained behind the counter where the bracelet was cleaned?!) and had it in a small plastic bag. At a minimum they were very careless with her charms while cleaning them and highly inconvenienced us or, more likely, they were dishonest and intended to keep/steal it for the associate who liked Disney charms (she did not have that charm on her bracelets). The associate who collected Disney charms claimed it must have "fallen off," yet she couldn't have known what position the charm was in since she never looked at it or cleaned it.

Please consider change the store manager!!! I came here to exchange the size of the chain(bought online). The lady in the store firstly said I cannot exchange the chain due to paid by paypal, then she said I can only change with the same price....whatever... The manager came out to change the size, but the one he provided has really different color-has strong yellow tone. The manager said he can polish it because the one he gave me was exposed to the light. I said sure. The lady then processed on her iPad without my confirmation. When manager finished polishing the chain, it’s still different color. But the receipt came out (I was not aware of at all). The manager forced me to take the yellow one and he tried to call the security because I started recording and called 911 to protect myself. Finally, I got the original one (the one bought online) and they walked me out with eyes rolling.

The person that we unfortunately had to deal with in the store tonight, should not work in customer service. He stated he was the store manager. I have never dealt with someone with such an attitude ever before. His body language, the way he speaks to customers and the complete lack of customer service is truly unacceptable. If he treats everyone with that level of service, no one will want to shop there anymore. I will not be visiting this location again. He should not be the store manager and definitely should not be working in any service capacity.

I initially came in to exchange a pair of earrings that I bought a couple of days ago at a different location. I went to natick because Dedham Pandora was having system issues, otherwise I would have gone to the Dedham Pandora. The associate whose name is Nikki refused to take my earrings back because of “personal hygiene” she said all earrings are final sale. Nobody ever mentioned that to me, I would assume that if it is a company wide policy that everyone would know about it. So instead of exchanging them for me, I bought a pair that I wanted instead. Now I am stuck with a useless pair of earrings that I cannot get my money back. It was very interesting to see that after receiving the receipt for my purchase of the new earrings, NOWHERE on the receipt does it say that all earring sales are in fact final sale. So I do not understand why customers are being lied to. I contacted customer service and they told me that in fact the policy that this associate was talking about is not true. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I do not want to support a store that misinformation their customers.

The ring I wanted to return had turned my finger gray. I was told I couldn’t get a refund for the item. When I asked about store credit I was told they don’t offer that. And the only option I was given was to exchange it for equal or more value. I has gotten the rise hoje year drop ring which was over $100 and has to walk out with two rings I didn’t even like enough to buy and pay a $26 difference. So ultimately spending even more money when all I wanted was to make a return. People try rings on in store all day so for the lady to tell me that she couldn’t offer me a refund because she can’t sell it because it has been used is ridiculous. You can absolutely sanitize it and sell it as you do with all the rings people try on in stores because it is in perfect condition with no damage at all. She was condescending as well which made it even worse.

I went into the mall for the first time since COVID to make this return. I was told I could not return my $175 brand new gold necklace I had the receipt for, and could only get even exchange. I was expecting to be in and out since I was not comfortable being in the mall and am also 8 months pregnant. However, the salesperson was not helpful when it came to this. I was anxious and just wanted to get out of there, but did not want to lose this money they told me I only had a couple weeks left with. They wouldn't let me walk around, the salesperson told me she could not bring me items to look at - I had to request them - I asked if I could do it online so I could leave and she said no - I asked if I could get a gift card so I could leave and she said no. My only option was to stay there and anxiously flip through my phone to find random charms to use this money on. Half of which they did not have, and would not let me order online. I came home to find that NO WHERE does it say I CAN'T return this for a refund and upset with myself I didn't push back, but was too flustered. I put my body through that unnecessary experience with employees who were unwilling to help.

He didn’t even have on a mask which is not ok but the rest of his associates had on a mask. His attitude was very rude he’s like you know we close in one minute right. I told him that I got a bracelet for my birthday and he’s like oh that’s been worn and stretched out I’m like it’s a 9.1 I was trying to put it on my ankle but it wouldn’t fit. Very rude and than he’s like in order to keep your bracelet you have to spend 35.00 or over what the charms is worth or else you have to return your bracelet. He was so rude my sister did not want to come into the store with me she stayed outside. I asked him to show me pandora charms 35.00 he’s response was there is charms everywhere you will just have to look then he said oh here’s a book. Very rude like I don’t know if he did that because he thought I looked poor or proverty or because I am black. I don’t know but it made me feel uncomfortable.
