The store manager (Damian) was so Rude , unprofessional and He just treated me and my daughter ( is 5 ) so wrong that I can’t even stand using any of the things i got for my birthday.

The manager is rude. I have been in this store 3 times in the past month. The 1st time I asked him to size rings for my 3 daughters. He curtly responded we don’t size rings here. How am I supposed to buy rings for my daughters then, I asked? He reluctantly sized one daughter then asked what I wanted to purchase. My daughters birthdays are in November. I told him we were browsing so they could put things on their birthday and Christmas lists. He rudely responded oh so NO purchase today? And then he was done with us. There was no one else in the store at this time do I don’t know why he had an attitude. I went back myself about one week later to make a surprise purchase for one of my daughters but waited 15 minutes. The store was busy but no sales associate including the manager even acknowledged me so I left. I actually drove to the Burlington store and was welcomed and helped and so made a purchase there. I had to return to the natick store because Burlington didn’t have a particular ring I needed in the size I needed. But unless I am desperate I will never go to the natick store again. The manager is rude.

The "sales lead" Kayla was very rude. First off she she went digging for the most bent post when we purchased the earrings which we didn't realize what she was doing when she was doing this. Later we found that the post were both highly bent. She was not very helpful in store and was very dismissive to us. When we went to exchange, not return, there was no satisfactory product. When Kayla asked if we had tried on the product and we replied no she replied "it was just a question" rudely and coldly. I am not sure how someone with that level of customer service gets to be a sales lead. If I do purchase these earrings it will be online where people with attitudes like hers won't make the commission.

I got a ring for Christmas that was the wrong size. Went to the store to return the item today with a receipt and a gift receipt for the item. The item was purchased on 12/14/17. The associates were rude maybe said 2 words to me. They have me a hard time about the return many associates looked the ring over for a long time and looked at me. I know you have to Make sure the ring is not damaged and such but they way they did this was so rude. It was unbelievable I have never experienced something like this. They didn’t speak to me it was like I wasn’t worth their time. The ring was fine and they accepted it. However they did a return without receipt. This did not make any sense to me as I had presented the receipt for the product.
