I visited this specific location in hopes to find a Mother's Day gift for my sister and was instantly greeted and attended. The store leader was the employee attending me and she was very knowledgeable around all the products and new arrivals. I very pleased with how efficient and easy my experience and transaction was in this location.

Customer service was excellent. They went above and beyond with helping me look for charms. Not only that but she was very patient Im a very indecisive person which it can take forever to decide what to buy.

A stone in my daughter’s ring had fallen out. She had the gift receipt from 7/2021. Went into store and it was a smooth exchange. No issues. And sales person even said we have 1 year from yesterday for warranty again. We were happy to say the least!

Shelly was pleasant and able to assist my daughter-a stone fell out of her ring I bought in December. Called ahead and she told me the policy and was able to locate my purchase and replace my daughters ring.
