Associates were friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise. Took time to explain the merchandise and answered all my questions.

The sales associate was very patient and helpful. She assisted with a couple different options for my current bracelet and made a recommendation on additional beads that worked beautifully. The ease of check out was very prompt and my items were packaged quickly. Loved the service and so did my family.

I was not only greeted but I was immediately assisted as soon as I walked into the Pandora store even though it was crowded and a special sale was going on. The sales lady that assisted me knew exactly where the items I requested were located and she pulled them with ease. Overall, my entire visit on a busy day took less than ten minutes to complete. Great service!

The sales person took her time with me to help crest a balanced bracelet. She was very helpful, more so then any other sales person I’ve had in that store. She made the exchange very easy.
