Sales associate was very pleasant, patient and nice, she took her time with me and even let me try on her bracelet. I'm a new Pandora customer.

I received assistance immediately. They allowed me to browse on my own. They answered all my questions and made recommendations that showed they were listening to what I was asking.

The sales associates were very friendly. The store was very organized and clean. The displays were very organized and easily accessible.

I had Carly as the Employee and she made me feel comfortable with the purchase I was making by giving a large number of options and suggestions that made my girlfriend love her Christmas gift!

I was shopping for my 7 year old daughter, the associate had a 3/4 year old daughter, and suggested a few items and explained to me why at the age of 7 it was acceptable.

The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. She asked what I was looking for and suggested other things that may also go with what I was looking for. I had a question about what to use on my bracelet to get it shiny again and she showed me how to do it. She also explained that they do offer to clean it.

My sales associate was Fabulous. Attitude is Everything and her personality was a joy to be around. The store was very busy the night I was in and still the experience was Excellent.

I was assisted very quickly in spite of the store being very crowded and the sales associate was very helpful.

I was highly satisfied because right when I walked in the door, a Pandora employee was there to help me. Once I told the employee what I was looking for she was quickly able to get it and check me out quickly as well. Lastly, the quality of the product is very good and I'd definitely come back again.
