Went to purchase charms and bracelet for a friend. The sale was for a free bracelet when purchasing certain amount in charms. The size I need in the bracelet was sold out. The staff took my name and number to call when it came in. Within the hour, I had a call from staff that the bracelet had came in. I returned to pick it up. Staff was very curtious.

I spend $1300.00 +. Alana spent over an hour with me and went throughout the store looking for charms that I had on my list. She found all of them and she was wonderful to work with. I have visited Pandora Stores in California, Texas and Aruba to name a few. I love Pandora!!
