Associate helped me due to a broken clasp. She looked up my past purchases and saw it was quite recent. She found the exact replacement and asked if I’d like my bracelet redesigned. I was thrilled and she made it look even better! I own five bracelets and never seen to take the time to rearrange them. I’m love your store At Kenwood Mall. I wish your associates would work longer than most do. The best ones seem to leave.
