Pandora showed great customer service. We where in there for less than 5 minutes and they sold us. I loved the atmosphere and can not wait to return.

I was impressed by the price of the products, I came in not expecting to buy anything but the aesthetic and cleanliness of the store, and of course the looks and prices of the products (rings specifically) made it impossible for me not to. The sales associate (her name was Jessica) was extremely helpful and friendly. She was very personable and knowledgeable about the products, and very willing to help. I loved my experience at the Kenwood location, and I will be returning soon. Kenwood Pandora has my vote, I loved my experience and I will recommend this to everyone.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable. She was able to find exactly what I needed for the beads I brought in. The stores was very clean and professional.

I was online shopping Pandora for some nice every day wear rings. I wasn't sure my size so I went into the store to be fitting. The sales people were incredibly helpful and efficient with sizing as well as finding some nice rings and suggesting others I wasn't even necessarily looking at.

Merchandise is completely overpriced. Only buy the bracelet chains for my Etsy shop because customers want them. Why, I will never know. They tarnish.

Customer service was great

They didn’t have what I was coming in for they were sold out of everything that I wanted. You would think that if it’s a holiday day that they would order more than enough so people can shop to get what they want. But I guess it is what it is I still came out of there with stuff.
