To me 'Highly Satisfied" means the associate goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Tell me if there is a sale, don't show me the highest product first, then I you have to ask, do you have a sale on anything. Pandora is NOT cheap.

Good but not excellent

My bracelet was broke and the only option was to purchase a new one no discount or even an exchange this is the second time my bracelet has broke

The engraving machine continued to malfunction. It took 3-4 times before it worked properly. I was pressed for time.

when we first came in the 1st associate wasnt very friendly but the one who we purchased from was very nice. knowledgeable and very helpful

The engraving machine isn’t the best. I wanted a pendant but it wouldn’t come out centered. Decided to go with a regular charm.

The customer representative was very nice and helpful. I was disappointed that she did not offer to clean my Pandora bracelet and my charms. She was adding to the bracelet and I asked her if the placement of the charms looked ok. She seemed to like how the charms were arranged but no offer to clean the bracelet. Maybe this is a service no longer offered. The sales representative did a great job looking for a specific charm. The availability of birthstones and flower type charms was disappointedly small. Overall she did a good job

I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because they always have no inventory . No good selection to choose from and everything I picked they didn’t have or was sold out

She was very friendly. She was informational. And she helpful.
