All the employees were great but the selection of rings in size 7 was very slim and I had to settle for another ring but I know to order online and pick up in store or delivered to my home.

Service was great. I never give any one a highly satisfied rate, everyone has room to grow and no one or company is perfect.

The first sales associate who greeted me was very friendly and nice. I asked to look around for a moment and she moved on to help another customer. There were two girls standing at the counter talking and working on something. I found what I wanted and waited for a decent amount of time to be helped by someone else. I even mentioned to my husband perhaps we should leave and order online since no one else was willing to assist us. The Murano I wanted was scratched and I was told it was the only one. The associate did not check any displays for another. I looked and found one on display and asked if I could have that one instead. Over all I was annoyed that no one else would wait on me when I knew what I wanted. Anymore it's more convenient to order online.

Maybe because it was very busy…Christmas Holiday and I didn’t really have to interact too much with the employee only to check out

Was helped immediately with a delightful sales person. I dealt with on line chat first then the store fro t. Chat was time consuming and not easy. The store exchange was so much better.

I received a Birthday coupon via mail, so I decided to use it and shop on line. However, during checkout, the Birthday coupon was denied. Therefore, I called Customer Support for assistance, and the man assisted me with no success, so he informed me that he did all he can and stated that another personnel will call me to assist in the matter. After 2 days of no response, I visited the store at the mall I work at. The manager assisted me and accepted the Birthday coupon with no difficulty. I don’t understand why the company mails a coupon to be used then doesn’t accept it online. I had the same issue last year regarding the Birthday coupon.

Several things I wanted were out stock, girls in training sweet but not knowledgeable enough to be on her own, thankfully the other associate was top notch, graciously watching over her shoulder and kindly correcting her
