I purchased a bracelet online it was the wrong size and I couldn’t exchange it I think that’s a little awkward i didn’t ask for my money just the right size I was left with no choice but to purchase another one it was a tough decision but Pandora lost out I didn’t purchase any charms this visit

I go to the same store when I buying my gifts or for myself I feel this is the store with the best customer service good personality greets you soon as you come in and they turn overs with employees they always pick the right people for the job

The associate seemed like she was tired of telling us the price when we asked about a charm by telling us " You can see all the prices online ". Other than that it was a good experience even though it was a busy day.

I understand the 2hour wait and the business and the trying, but if u are gonna make rules,u need to be fair with everyone. The lady told me that they were sticking by the list and if u are not there u missed your spot,that's understandable, but then right in my face a shift change or person change happened and that lady allowed someone in that she missed,she said she was trying to accommodate everyone however that's not accommodating everyone, that's unfair they let that lady go and we had to put our name back on list and wait. Her name is Kati at the kenwood store at around 5:20 . I went to her and she moved on like I did not just tell her what happened. THAT WAS UNFAIR AND HORRIBLE!!!!
