We waited about forty minutes, but, it was Christmas, so I understood. I didn't see the charm in the store that I viewed in the online selection or I would've purchased the one I viewed online. I will likely come a at another time to purchase the other charm.

I was very satisfied with the sales associate & service but I was visiting Florida, so that’s why I’m not planning on returning soon

Waiting in the store for my name to be called , the store is not large enough for the amount of people waiting.

I was not satisfied with this visit because of the availability of merchandise and the wait time to receive help. By the time the associate made it to me, she was burnt out and didn’t have to much enthusiasm at all.

The only way I’d be highly satisfied is if I received free product upon my visit. Otherwise my trip to Pandora served its purpose. Nothing more or less

Store to small and very crowded wasn't alot of space to maneuver.. It took a long time before I was waited on. But they did a good job once they waited on me.

The senescence in this store was terrible. There s nothing available. The store is tiny. The associate had to bring jewelry outside of the store and conduct business in front of the store for this reason. Not safe at all.

You don’t carry the nfl helmets anymore! I wanted the Browns helmet! I got a football instead
