This was my first visit to a Pandora store. The merchandise is very pretty and unique. Dollie was nice.

The checkout system, i had to wait while another customer was trying to make up their mind AT the register. Sales associate helping me couldn't get I-pad to work so we had to wait for the customer to finish, in which she had two very young boys running around the store. I could see the frustration in my associates face. I felt sorry for her. Typically I have a great experience at that store, this time was really off.

Need more selection of charms. Make the selection visible. I had to ask for certain types of charms. Need more room in the store. It can get full quick.

The item I wanted to purchase was discontinued in the store but available online. I am getting tired of buying online. I understand about the pandemic etc. I enjoy the in person shopping experience. I wanted to purchase a baby girl (2) charm. The boy was available but not the girl. Highly disappointed

Called the Liberty Township store. They claim they were out of the 7.9 inch barrel clasp bracelets. How can a Pandora store be out of bracelets?????????? Thankfully the Kenwood store had some. PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO IMPROVE INVENTORY SO YOU DON'T RUN OUT OF BRACELETS!!!!!!!! This happens alot between the 2 stores.
