My (Mickey & Minnie kissing) charm that I purchased from Taylor K. (198500) on 6-6-21 is not "clearly painted" on one of the figures. After noticing it, I drove back to store for a replacement. Maliyah G. (#208554)went through the 3 at the Kenwood store to find they were all about the same. Got there walk in didn't know you had a line next thing I know some guys coming up saying cut the line I would never do that line needs to be more noticeable to far away from store

It took 1 1/2 to git in the store standing in line only 2 sale people they way over wam was not happy at all

Waited in line 45 minutes for an exchange

I really liked the rose gold neclace with the heart charm I had received as my bday gift. Unfortunately it did not fit AND I could not purchase an extender piece...I am a owner of gold pandora and I had to switch to the silver because I could not get the length of necklace I needed...so now I have both.

I wa highly satisfied because I love the Pandora merchandise and I got what I wanted.

The 2 charms that I was looking for were not available

Sales person showed me the item I called about but also showed me an additional item which I liked better and ended up purchasing.
