Was waiting for sales Clark for over 20 minutes to be passed over by customers coming in was passed over twice was ready to walk out

serve was nice and the sales associate was very helpful and took her time .

I was very satisfied with my experience. Everyone was nice and respectful. I love the ring that I got!

Had trouble finding the price of a particular bracelet. The sale associate eventually found it but it took a little time. Overall good experience though

I have a bad back and cannot stand for long periods of time. Because of the "pandemic," I had t stand for a long period of time outside the store to maintain social distancing.

The necklace I wanted wasn’t in. I could not get the necklace sent to the the shop if I paid for it. The bracelet that I chose first was to small.

I would've expected there to be some type of sales special going on foe card holders or because of the holiday but there weren't.

High satisfied to me means that my experience was over the top. I was satisfied. I have no complaints about my experience.
