The store was very busy but all associates were helping customers.. The associate who helped me explained a promotion and how to get what I wanted..She was very friendly and we shared similar interests and stories..

As soon as we walked in we were greeted and assigned a team member! She was extremely patient with us it was our first time in the store but she helped me pick my first two charms. I LOVED THEM!! thanks to her patience and kindness it made our experience a lot easier.

The staffers were extremely helpful & patient with the amount of Black Friday Shoppers. They kept customers updated with wait times and were proficient when cashing out. Extremely impressed with the cleanliness of store & services offered

As soon as i walked in, Nadia greeted me with a warm welcome. I explained my situation in needing to replace a bracelet that was very sentimental to me. She listened to me, she helped me select a comparable item and the information she gave was so helpful. I encountered 2 more associates who were both very king and helpful.
