The sale associate Jason was very friendly and knew his stuff. He gave me several ways to wear rings I was looking at. Over the experience was very pleasant and not stuffy like when I had just left Tiffany's.

Certain items I was looking for wasn’t available. But I understand the timing of year it happens. Also if I didn’t check my receipt I would have been over charged for a item that I already paid for I was charged for the wrong charm. But I addressed it an she fixed it. Just to keep eyes open maybe they should wait to place the item on bracelets after purchased just to keep this from happening.

I was satisfied with the experience. There were two associates present; one assisting a customer, the other one doing something (I'm guessing) at the register. It took her a bit of time to finally come over. But she was friendly, professional, and helpful. I was just in a rush.

the lady that was actually helping me out “Caitlyn G” was really nice. Though, she had assistance from someone else who wasn’t as friendly and didn’t make me feel welcomed.
