I find Pandora jewelry very valuable and significant. Salesperson is always knowledgeable and helpful: the buying experience is always pleasant. There is enough personnel to help customers find what the want and even more.

I’ve bought 3 bracelets that have broke within a year or at a year

The sales associate didn't greet or offer to assist us initially. We needed four of the same charms, but the store only had one in stock. That was true for a couple of the charms we selected. We had to drive across town to another store just so that we could purchase the remainder amount of charms we needed for our friendship bracelets.

Allison spelled my name wrong twice on my purchases even though she asked for my ID

there is always room for improvement. more sales with greater discounts are helpful. more imported items from other countries too.

I recently brought this bracelet and it broke. Lucky I heard it fall on the ground. If I hadn't heard it I would've been out of luck.

I went in looking for your new butterflies. I asked if they came in rose or yellow. I was told no, then after my purchase of something else, I found the butterflies in the yellow. The butterflies will have to be a different purchase if you still have them available.
