Customer service should be great! As a paying customer, I expect to be treated fairly. I did receive help right away and appreciate the service. I didn't see anyone bending over backwards to help me.

Was not the employees faults but because of the holiday season there was a wait list over an hour. I have never had to go on a wait list to purchase from stores which made the experience not very good.

The wait was over an hour. I kept checking the wait list and when I came back my name was accidentally removed.

The wait list thing not good. You have one wrapping but sometimes just standing there. We knew exactly what we wanted took maybe 5 minutes after the 45 minute wait.

I was because it was the first time i had ever been in the store. But the only thing I found very rude is that the CS lady helping me was smacking her gum up close as she was talking to me. Mouth wide open.

It was difficult to pick out the stud earrings I was shopping for because they were mostly in little individual plastic bags. The “photos” of each were just not good enough. Need to maintain a display case of every item to speed up the selection process.

They did not the braclet that I was looking for in my size . They said they would be getting them in but was not sure when they were coming.
