I shopped on labor day weekend sale. They gave me 25% discount on it. I liked the whole experience.

I am new to the Pandora experience and a lot of the charms that I liked they were out of, even after the designer suggested them.

Availability of products.

Because the wait was a little long

Wanted to purchase the new double leather bracelet but the store had not received any. Next wanted to purchase the sliding leather bracelet in golden tan, but the store had not received any of these either. These are part of the new summer collection, but not in this store. Very frustrating and disappointing!

The associate that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable but there were only 2 associates and approx 7 customers. When you have a promotion, you need more associates. Also, the store was very hot especially for the amount of people in it.

Did not have items I was looking for that I saw online

The sales associates always greet the customers. They are very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean.

I needed assistance when I walked in and the customer service representative told me that she needed to finish what she was doing and then she would help me. As I looked through the trays of jewelry a clearly displayed price tag would've been helpful. The manager was helpful but had a slightly condescending tone.
