While the store wasn’t terribly busy, it did take longer than expected to be waited on. I was acknowledged though, but there were two associates helping one woman and still I waited. Then the birthstone ring I desired was sold out, I was offered other green beads, and found one though.

It was not an overwhelming experience. My socks were not knocked off. It was pleasant, meet expectations.

Store extremely busy, wait listed, transaction took a good bit longer than anticipated. Mother's Day I assume was the reason for the delay. When I asked for my name to be removed from the wait list (I could visit another time), suddenly it became my turn, which didn't quite ring true. Also, there was a good bit of "upselling" which I understand, but made our visit take longer than necessary.

My visit to the store is always enjoyable. Professional and very knowledgeable. The Kenwood Pandora is the only store I shop

The only thing I not satisfied with is the location of the store in the mall but now I know you are one of the greatest stores and I now know I can park on the Montgomery side and walk in the store.

I was told that if I applied for a preferred card that it would not be a hard inquiry if I didn’t getting approved. I didn’t get approved and still there was a hard inquiry on my credit report.

-store was not stroller friendly -took quite awhile to check out-ipads are nice but slow -staff was fantastic

I was there to exchange charms that had been purchased at that store but I also had one that I wanted to exchange that I had ordered from Pandora online and I was told they would not accept charms ordered online. It wasn't until I returned home and I looked at the receipt from my online order that it clearly states on there any purchase from the online store can be returned or exchanged at a retail store. I am over the 30 day time frame but the charm I received from the online store has many scratches and I was expecting to be able to exchange this at the retail store.
