I feel the sales associate could have done informed us of the current promotion in the store. It was only after overhearing another associate share the information with another customer that I realized there was a promotion.

We had to wait about an hour to be waited on. I was fortunate that they had the sister bead on display so they had it polished and cleaned for me as it was a gift. The ring I bought for my daughter was not the size 6 we wanted but she really wanted the ring so we settled for a size 7. The necklace I was interested in was sold out.

I liked the process of taking customers name as soon as they walk in. I had a bit of a wait but it was Sunday 12-10. I thought the staff as well as my clerk were very friendly & didn't rush a decision & showed me all kinds merchandise. It would have been nice to sit at some point, my dogs were killing me.

I would probably go to a jeweler closer to my home. We also asked associate if there were anymore sets other than ones displayed we could purchase and was told not unless we wanted to pay more. When looking at catalog at home there were more than one sets I would have rather purchased for same price.

I was in the Kenwood store and purchased $144.00 worth of merchandise. Then found out via email the next day the next day that if I had waited one more day I would have received a free bangle. I feel that the sales person could have informed me of this and I would have waited one more day. I do not purchase Pandora anywhere other than the Kenwood store. This did not make me very happy. Very busy store. They started a list for which customers were to be helped next, but not all associates knew about it. They waited on three people that came in after me.

I liked the experience. It was difficult to move around the store but that was mainly due to it being black Friday. I did not know we had to sign up to be serviced when we entered because we were not approached as we entered, so having some always manning the door would be nice. However, the sales associate who helped us was amazing and was always willing to help even if I changed my mind on something. Very personable and sweet. I would visit this store again, but I do not live in the area, however, I would recommend it to a friend.
