Not easy to move around store. Associates not readily available. Not a lot of selection for Grandma charms.

This visit started OK, & end better. My 16 yo daughter had to exchange a $100 ring for a different size and they were a bit snippy. You should be nice to teenagers, they have more disposable income. I have been purchasing since 2014/2015 and this is the first time I was given the amount of information I received from Carla. When the kiosk was open during remodeling, I actually left and bought 2 charms at a competitors because we were treat so poorly it was unbelievable. I thought maybe I was on hidden video and kept expecting someone to follow me to let me know. This is the first time I’ve been back since then.

Well first of all I was looking for clips and the associated keep showing me the high prices ones when I wanted simple to enhance to bracelets and their really wasn't much to choose from in the family beads collection. Also one of the clips I purchased is broke.

I was simply just satisfied with my overall experience because I was able to exchange my ring for a different size successfully. I was not highly satisfied because of the sales associates. There were 2 at the time, when I arrived they were both busy with other customers. However, they never greeted or acknowledged my presence. As a customer, this makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. They least they could have done was say "hello, we'll be with you shortly." Instead, they ignored me and just walked around me until one was available to help me. ALWAYS GREET CUSTOMERS NO MATTER WHAT.

Very busy during sale and needed more sale associates.

I was just slightly overwhelmed. There were a lot of people asking me questions

I just wasn't wow'ed, but over all satisfied.

Sales associate are really judge-y based on what you look like or are wearing and think you won't spend a lot of money because of it so they don't bother even saying "hi" until you give them your card to make your purchase.

They had too much going on in the store for one to dissociate that waited on me, was being in other peoples business and can focus on my purchase
