I went in and spent a nice amount but I didn’t receive my free bracelet now I’m a very avid shopper here so that was disappointing. Other than that long lines long wait time to be helped

I did not feel welcome in pandora at all. The Sales associated I had gave off a nasty attitude, If it wasn’t for the fact that I needed to replace my bracelet that the clamp just stopped closing on I would of left. Her negative attitude was giving me that she didn’t wanna help me and she was ready for me to get out the store. I asked her about a piece becoming a key chain and she said that she never know anyone to use it as a keychain so instead of pointing me in the right direction towards the key chain I had to go find it my self.

Because I didn't receive my free bracelet as advertised if you purchase items for mother's day you would receive a free bracelet and i did not

Love the merchandise. The salesperson wasn’t helpful at all. My old bracelet had broken, some of the old charms screwed on. Long story short, now each time I take my bracelet off all the charm’s fall off‼️ Wishing she’d reminded me when purchasing a replacement bracelet to get one that was interchangeable that would fit the new bracelet…. Only thing she was concerned about was the sale obviously, because she didn’t even give me a box, since I wore it out of the store, smh…

The associate was short and ready to go home.. service was rushed and she did not pay attention to what i wanted just throwing things up in the counter

Always a long wait at the Kenwood store at no fault of the associates. At times at this particular store they can be a bit rude however this time they were better. I do prefer shopping at the Crestview Ky location better

There were not enough iPads to check multiple customers out at once. They had four stations, but I only saw 2 iPads. It slowed down the process tremendously

Not a lot of selection. I Felt rushed from a sales associate or a hassle to see other similar options.
