The Associate told me round pendant would not fit on my current chain. And I could not get such an item no where in the store. I had to insist that she try it on and it DID fit. Took 30 to get service..

The store was to open at 11 at that time of 11a.m I went to pull the handle of the door it was locked the two associates that were in there just looked at me and shook their head in the no position then once I went to sit down and wait til after 11 one associate came and unlocked the door and never once said we’re open now nor did either one of them apologize for the door being locked at the time of opening!!

Well i tried calling the store numerous times. No one never seems to answer the phone. I came in two weeks ago to exchange a bracelet. They said the didnt have any do they put me on a wait list. I then waited for a call for two weeks. I called multiple times. No answer. Came to the store for them to tell me they called when i received no calls or voice mails. Named marked off list. They looked to see if they had my order. They pulled up my name. The bracelet i order wasnt even in the package. I had enough so i just took the bracelet. The young lady who helped me birth times was nice tho.

I know due to covid that the store has people waiting in line outside the store . I wasn't pleased with this process because my wait time was to long

Almost every item (which was 3 or 4 pieces of jewelry) was out of stock and at the end of the transaction I purchased something that I was just “ok” with and not “pleased”

I came in to the store because of the 50% off sale but the person helping me never showed me nothing about a sale I later went home got on line and put nine 9 sale items in my cart and it 205. 00 less then what I spent in store for 2 bracelet and 2$30 charms nothing she could of had all that sale but was too slow to understand that I was a high paying customer

The merchandise be High and to top it off most of your charms break very easy I had three charms that cost me a lot break so dissatisfied

Not everyone is friendly there.

bought over 150 on 12/9/19 3 days later a free bracelet was giving for any purchase over 150 3 days later also purchase 50 dollar charm.

Didn't have big selection on what I was looking for. I have red and blue charms and all they had wee Christmas charms that were red
