I bought 2 items now, safety chain and a charm. The charm kept popping off and the store associate acted like it was my fault and wasn't going to exchange it. The chain is now broke and cant be exchanged according to them because it is over 14 days old.

The sales associate helping me out was not very friendly and i felt judged while I was there. I also noticed as soon as I walked out of the mall that there were two gems already missing from the ring that I purchased. The sales associate did inform me that there was a one year warranty on the gems in the ring, but it is frustrating to have to return to have to ring fixed already.

I went to the store in search of four specific items. Two of the items (Teacher Dangle and Mother&Baby Bird Dangle) listed as sale items were not available for store or online purchase. I was told I would have to attempt to order them online myself without any store assistance. I purchased three items all at regular prices... and with that the charms are known to be expensive (@ $70 +). There is no room for the average consumer to shop here for his teenager daughter. Her first bracelet with two charms and no spacer (not in this purchase budget) was $250. Ouch! Ouch! Ouch!!!

I had to wait 1 hour to be helped. I don’t know if this is normal, but dealing with that, I wouldn’t won’t to come back. I wasn’t the only person that was mad about the wait. It was a lot of people leaving because of the long wait

The sale lady refused to take charms out so I could see. The sale lady didn't know the price of the charms. She had to asked another sales person

The staff was very cliches. I was the only one in there and they seemed to busy chatting with each other. I asked to have my bracelet cleaned and no one acted like they wanted to do it, so I made my purchases and left.

I wanted to see more of the selection she would not bring out the cases for me to look through, I felt like she was rushing me and really didn't wont to help me. She was not to friendly or warm in helping customers.

Pandora had up to 45% off with the purchase of 3 items. The selection of those items was extremely poor. Catherine L the lady that completed my sale was very nice. The lady that I was at first working with wasn't customer friendly. She was not very helpful and not friendly at all.

My bracelet was not long enough for my wrist. The sales associate, seemed to to be rushing me for a sale. She didn't take the time to make sure the bracelet fit. My first shopping experience was not a good one. She didn't have my best interest.
