I'm a handicap person and I walked into your store and people walked in after me and still was able to get waited on and service before I was there's no kind of order when people walk in into a crowded store they just walked up and start helping the person that was with them or who they wanted to help and that was sad I was in your Kenwood store in Cincinnati Ohio and I was very unhappy but I still waited because I love Pandora products even if I don't like the service in the store

This was the Kenwood store had never been there. Young lady really knew nothing about the pieces I asked about and was not going to do further checking. I told her online it showed you had the piece and then she asked about it and they did have it. She c was not very friendly. Felt like I was bothering her.

I had ordered a bracelet on line, was sent the wrong size. The store could not, would not exchange it. Said to call corporate, said phone number on web site, I did not find phone number on the website.

Wow I was checking out the kiosk went dead and we had already used my gift card. So when she tried to rering me on another kiosk the gift card came up that it was already used and so I had to wait almost 45 minutes to check out when I had already checked out we call customer service and they did not offer her a great solution to solve or resolve the issue the solution for them was for me to not purchase the items that I purchased and wait until a gift card was recent out to my home they did not offer me any type of discount any type of cleaning solution for my way or for my troubles they didn't offer me anything and I just felt like that was the greatest customer service the manager was very patient and she helped a lot but she looked like she was very distraught during my purchase and she didn't know what to do to make me as a customer satisfied for my weight I stood in the store for about 50 minutes and that wasn't okay.

The sales lady was not friendly and she never smiled or made me feel comfortable. I have never had this feeling in the store before. I’ve been a customer for almost ten years. She also act like she was aggravated with me!!!

Apparently I bought my bracelet from a Pandora sponsored jewelry store, and it broke. Apparently then not in Pandora computer although they told me it would be. So it has to be returned to Connecticut! I live in Cincinnati!

Was told several times to move down to next counter so it made me feel like I wasn't wanted in store and then they we're out of the first two things I asked for

The prices of the charms are different from what is offered online and in-store. Selection of charms in store is horrible

The sales associate was very rude. I feel like I was being rushed. I wanted to shop more but after everything that happened I just left the store.
