Stood waiting for over an hour, sales person very dry until she found out how much money I was pending, another person waiting also bought it to my attention about her attitude.

I ordered online and was supposed to receive a free bracelet with my order. My online order was canceled the next day so I went to the store and got everything I ordered and didn't get my free bracelet and I waited a hour and 22 minutes just to purchase without my free gift. I'm highly upset.

Upon my arrival at the mall to pick up my merchandise only one of the items were there out of six. I don't know where the other five are and I got no email saying that my items were out of stock which I didn't learn until I arrived at the store. There is still a charge on my card that I hope goes away because I do not have those items.

Only 2 sales girls working. It appeared as tho 1 was visiting with buddies rather than trying to sell merchandise to them. The sales girl helping me was obviously anxious to get me out of the store so that she could join the others. My sales girl did not offer to show me anything - I had to ask for everything I wanted to see. She was not friendly nor was she helpful. Neither of these associates greeted anyone who came into the store...even just to browse. I was the last customer to come in and to leave this location...oh, except for the buddies giggling and trying on every ring in the case. Very disappointing quality of sales people for the supposed high end merchandise.

Caityln was assisting me and need assistance with the engraver. She asked Liz for some assistance because she had not been trained. Liz looked as though she was bothered by being asked for assistance and never came to help. Mocca came to assist and was great. Liz helping another customer, phone was ringing and Tammy came from behind a door with phone in hand saying they need to be sure that when the phone is ringing that they answer. Being a manager in retail myself we have to lead by example. Tammy was rude and offered no assistance to the ladies trying to help me with my engraving charm.

The assistant manager (can’t remember her name, she had short blonde hair) was very rude and treated me as if I was dumb and couldn’t afford what I was purchasing.

I went in for a repair of my bracelet. The associate assumed I asked for a replacement and immediately said they can't replace it. She handed my bracelet to one associate then who allowed another customer to handle my bracelet. Inside I was FURIOUS. I ASKED her.. did the lady work there she said no. I said next time don't allow any person who is not an associate to handle my jewelry

We waited in line just to be seen for an hour. There were maybe 3 girls working and one would be taking her break the entire time.

Waiting in line to enter for 30 minutes the sales woman took our names and told us to go in and listen to be called. Another associate just started helping 3 other people without using the name system that was put in place. While we waiting patiently. No consistency on service

Saturday afternoon and only two assistants to serve customers. I saw another member of staff arrive, but after several minutes still waiting she did not come out so I had to ask for them to get her out. I was close to leaving without purchasing.
