Not enough selection, plus pricing from the book didn’t match what I paid, as well as the laziness of the employees

There were very few charms and clips. Every item I wanted was not available. Stock is very low at this store.

The sales associate did not ask me if I had previously shopped. Had she asked, my purchase would be associated with my email address and name. Because she was in such a hurry I now have to keep up written a receipt for the next year to verify my purchase.

I bought my wife a bracelet and charm for our 25 year anniversary. The original bracelet I bought was to small so she brought it back and exchanged it for a larger size. Unfortunately after a couple wears, the bracelet style pinched the hair on her wrist so much that she had no choice but to return again (visited store 8/4/2020 between 5:45-6:15pm EST). The Gentlemen @ the Kenwood Towne Center store was very rude to my wife telling her that he shouldn't let her return it, accusing her of even damaging the bracelet (which she didn't). He was just very rude according to my wife and I don't appreciate that and you should not put up with poor CS as a company in general and especially during this pandemic. This is my first and last purchase at Pandora

I have a bracelet that is for the states I travel too. I won’t be planning on going back to Ohio anytime in the foreseeable future. I went hours out of my way to go to 2 different stores and neither one had the Ohio charm. If you physically go to that store I feel that you should be able to purchase the charm and have it sent to your home at that point. I did end up getting a Cincinnati charm but did not care for it’s it was just a black blob of the skyline

Because I didn’t know that earrings were sold separate and not by pair ugh no one explained this to me and I didn’t find out until I checked out and all sales were final on these items

I did not appreciate that I was required to wear a mask before I could enter your store. Re-used masks have more germs than you could imagine. The re-used masks are touched over and over and have all of the germs from your mouth which are now transferred to your hand and onto the product in the store. Let me wash my hands and keep them away from a used mask and my face. People with masks on tend to touch their face and mask 10 times more than those without a mask. Give me back my freedom!

Two reasons: 1) I waited almost 20 minutes for service while the two associates did their best with two very needy customers. Would have been good if another associate had been available. 2) I was looking for a bead for my wife's "thin" Pandora bracelet; found out the line had been discontinued. Bad customer strategy, leaving those with that product with no opportunity to add to it.
