Terrible service made a purchase and also had bracelet “cleaned” but my bracelet doesn’t look any better than it did when I took it in. Way too long to get help and check out. Not the experience I’m used to at a pandora store!!!

They did not have the correct merchandise in this location and told me they would send for the correct bracelet from another store. I waited over a week & I called them back and they said they don’t do that anymore & I would have to go another store.

The sales lady was extremely slow and could not find merchandise Poor selection of merchandise Check out took forever also

They’re not friendly and I felt like I’m not welcome. I wanna see lot of it but they’re all looking at each other like I am not gonna buy. I don’t like that feeling. I will never come back to that location anymore

Called ahead to check availability, went in store to purchase. Store Manager helped me, she seemed as though we were all an inconvenience to her, very rude and short. Not interested in talking, just wanted me to pay so she could move on.

The sales associate that assisted me seem very agitated rude not knowledgeable about merchandise consistently tried to sell me things that I was not interested in I was very direct about what I came for. And because I wasn't interested in spending more money she seem disinterested and helping. Money was not the object I was there for a certain gift. But I've experienced this in the store before they also help you according to what you look like you have to seek out for assistance because no one's going to offer assistance to you directly if you look a certain way.

Purchased item 10/15/17 never worn in original Box. Ring I exchanged it for was $10 less and mgr said I had to do store credit for the difference. Receipt says should've gotten credit for entire amount

I received Pandora's postcard in the mail on Tuesday, Sept. 12th (which was my wife's birthday) which prompted me to get a couple more presents. The coupon was not honored early. Please go ahead and honor coupons when people receive them. Am very disappointed!

Everything was great until I got home and I was missing a charm that I’ve had for over 2 years and I was offered a cleaning but when I really paid attention the new charm was tarnished in the middle so i begging to look at the other charms to see how clean they were and I was missing my Harry Potter charm (hermione granger) I’m so upset because I have to wait until they open for the manager to view the camera to see where it fell off. This charm is only offered at the outlet for 39.00 to make it right I would like it to be ordered and shipped to my home free of charge other than that from this point on I will no longer be a pandora customer.
