I was buying something for myself. I walked in the store and I was greeted by one of the mangers. I asked her were something was and she showed it to me. But I also asked her if I got this item that I had on about one week ago and wanted to know if I could Exchange it for a different one because this one was too small. She told me no because it looks used and she couldn’t resell it. I thought you had a warrantee for a year. She wouldn’t even look up my name to see when I got it. I will never go back to that store to get something.

Sales associate somewhat rude not at all knowledgeable about merchandise. Gave her the names of some charms that had been online and told me she had no idea of what I was talking about. Terrible experience overall.

I don’t like how the associate with the clipboard when you enter the store she was very nasty she needs to learn how to talk to people I just asked her a question I have spent over 3000 in the store and I will never return to the one in Kenwood mall

Pandora does not fix your jewelry. My clasp no longer stay closed and all they could do was offer for me to buy new bracelets and necklace and I was unable to get my jewelry cleaned

Alana the manager was very unprofessional,arrogant and disrespectful. After telling her several times what a previous employer told me she basically called me a lier by saying the no she never said that to you I continue to try to let her know that yes she did say she continued to say she didn’t say that to you ma’am even after I explained that “you wasn’t there” she still continued to say “that’s not true she didn’t say that” she was very loud and rude only spoke to me when she was ready and ready to get me told. This is not the 1st time I have had to deal with her bad attitude but this is the 1st time she showed her true colors. She’s not a nice individual on the inside.

No mask requirements, the majority of the shoppers were unmasked and a few were coughing and sneezing! There was a wait list but shoppers were allowed to wait in the store, it was crowded and I felt like I was putting my health at risk. Not worth it for a small “bauble”!

I placed a pick up order for Black Friday sale. I didn’t receive any communication when my order was completed. I called, no one could locate my order and I had to go to the store to sort it all out.
