My daughter is 10 she received her first Pandora bracelet on her birthday. Well it broke do I took it back for repairs. The Black lady was so nasty and unprofessional. I have several bracelets so I come often. I asked to her my bracelet cleaned and she wipes it with a rage. My bracelet was dirtiest ever.

I have never been treated so rude at an establishment in which I spend alot of money. I would like to spend more but my money should go to an establishment that appreciates my business.

The salesperson did not have a clue that certain charms existed. The charms were not displayed in the class. They were locked in a drawer. The salesperson would not take two trays of charms out at once. She was horrible

When we walked in the store the manager Tammy was assisting a customer. The other rep was cleaning jewelry. No one spoke to us as we entered. We stood there for about 5 min before i asked the rep for assistance. She only answered question, never approached us or asked if we needed help she only pointed at where we could find charms. She then went in the back of store. We stood there for at another 5 min before i asked was there anyone that could help & then the manager said the other lady was cleaning jewelry went to get the other lady and told her to stop cleaning jewelry to help. During their verbal exchange i learned that they had no idea what time the jewlery being cleaned was being picked up as i stood there a paying customer. I have spent thousands of dollars on Pandora jewelry and was insulted, frustrated, felt disregarded in your store. The manager was rude and not helpful and the manager never regarded us a customers in your store. And after spending $100 for 1 charm the least should have said was have a nice day. She didn't even say that. The was THE WORST Pandora experience i have ever had!!!!

While at the Kenwood location, after making a significant purchase for my mother’s birthday. I needed to return my silver bracelet because the latch was broken. Another sales rep told me I needed to call the 800# for assistance since I purchased it in Vegas and not OH where we live. I called the 800# while still in the mall and spoke with Siria (so) who was very helpful. She explained that since I purchased my bracelet within the past 12 months, it was still under warranty and the local store would replace it for me. The manager, Rachel, argued with me and the customer service rep., insisting that because they were a franchise their return policy didn’t apply to them. After a moments of back and forth with Siri’s, Rachel finally decided she would authorize an exchange. It disturbs me that she just saw my sisters and I make a purchases well over $400 but she had no intention in approving my exchange. She was rude and not accommodating at all. My sisters and I don’t plan to visit this location ever again as the overall experience was less than satisfactory.

I was very happy with the entire experience. Salesperson pulled several suggested charms from our conversation. My visit was for gift items for bracelet that I started for my sister a few years ago. She will be thrilled. Thank you

The Pandora store In kenwood, Cincinnati Ohio I had the worst experience ever!! Didn’t have nun of the items I wanted that was shown online which said the store had, but when I was in line for 1 hour and a half. The lady at the door was very rude and disrespectful. And when someone asked for her name she didn’t want to give up her name . When I was about to check out the store manager said I couldn’t use my coupon on my transaction so I was very upset. So Rachel had another employee come to me and someone rung me out , the other lady let me use my coupon. But far well the worst experience ever !!!! Will never shop at that store location. That was the worst customer Service, and the manager at the door was rude.
