I ordered 3 stackable rings and got the wrong size. My fault. Went to the store in kenwood, the lady in there ignored me as I waited in line. Then when she let me in she made a point to make multiple comments about how I got rings too small and not too big. She also was super rude about what size we needed. Then to top it off she didn’t want to return the rings I had or help me order what I needed.

There was absolutely NOTHING available. I understand that there may be some shortage due to the pandemic, but this store was virtually empty.

The salesperson who identified himself as the store manager was rude and very curt. He is walking away from me talking like he was t as long to the store and not to me. Very weird experience at the store in Kenwood Cincinnati..Ohio.

Associate was friendly at I spend average $133 but she was friendly at..I bought reflection bracelet already no suggestion I had to ask question on merchandise

The first sales associated was not familiar with the product. The other sales associate was very condescending And bordered on being rude. The manager told me a product would be available, so I stood in line to enter the store only to find out the item was not available.

I bought several charms, a bracelet and clasps as Christmas presents. They gift wrapped the presents but then on Christmas day one of the boxes was empty. It was disappointing and embarrassing.

Sales person tried to pass jewelry as diamond,it is vs and I she did not inform me that product was last chance , it was not marked as such nor was the area marked at 10am the next morning when I tried to return product as it did not work well with my bracelet. I have 3 Pandora bracelets and love them. This awful experience will cause me to never shop Pandora again. This was a large purchase and therefore I should have been advised that it was not returnable. In case it matters the last chance trays were on the other side of the store and still there this morning

I double checked with waiter several times on the size of the braclet when I left 1st time. They confirmed it is the right size, means not too tight or too loose. Since I'm from China, I have concern that it doesn't fit to my wife's wrist and I have to change in China and shop may say no. So I opened the package and checked on my friend's wrist. It was apparently too tight. Then I came back to the shop and told them it was too tight and I keep on asking them whether they have different size. They insist they only have one size. I asked them to show me how to fit it onto their wrist, maybe I was wrong. But they also can't wear it. They tried several times like i'm lying to them or something. Fianlly they decided to change into another size which apparently different size. This time they can easily put it on. In the whole process, I didn't realize that I was buying some luxury for my wife. It seems I was in an IQ test and i'm the winner. Yeah~~~

Several sales assoc. all talking and my sales assoc. was more interested in their non-business conversation than helping me. Nails were so long she could hardly type on the I-pad. It will be very difficult for me to return to this franchise to do business.

The associate was not pleasant almost acted like I was bothering her. I asked for opinions on my items and she was not helpful. Had no interest in helping me just gave me two options and was so matter of fact. Just didn’t welcome me and didn’t want me there. Also I brought in a gift along with receipt to exchange and was told I couldn’t exchange. That was not what was told to the person that bought me the gift. Very rude about it.
