Sales associate was rude and did not know what was going on. Would not wait on me and I had to get another associate that wood. Was only one of the problems I had at this store

I arrived at your store at 7:15 a.m. to put my name on a list to be waited on it was 11:30 before I was called there had to have been at least 526 people who came after me that were waited on before me and I was told that I would receive a text stating that it would be my turn the manager was not apologetic or any such thing when I explained the situation she asked me to wait up front and then the next available associate to wait on me I would expect in an organization such as Pandora there would be a better system in place for taking people in to purchase hundreds of dollars worth of product

Third time in store this week !! One customer being waited on and Three Employees just walking around! I came three time to get service for one charm!! They need to pay more attention to buying customers not just looking Customers!!

I purchased these items 3 days prior to the Memorial Day weekend promotion of a complimentary bracelet with a purchase of $100 or more. I was unaware of this promo on 5/21/18 and happened to see it when I walked by the store on 5/25/18. When I entered the store on 5/25/18 and explained I would like to receive the free bracelet as I purchased the items only 3 days prior, the associate (not Tanya who completed the transaction on 5/21/18) would not oblige. I told her I would repurchase the items and return them for the promo. The associate said I couldn't do that. I explained my frustration and the fact I was flabbergasted at the inconvenience she was willing to impose on me by purchasing from another store to receive the promo. She was only concerned that she could be written up and it is against company policy. I worked retail for years and cannot believe the lack of concern for the customer's satisfaction. My family and I have purchased hundreds of dollars of items for niece as she loves Pandora. However, rest assured I will NEVER purchase Pandora from any store ever again & will encourage my family to do the same. Sincerely, A former customer

The designer, Carla was very rude, I had to wait for a long period of time to be served, when it was time to pay I was rudely handed the tablet on the counter, not even on my hand, when I called and asked to speak with a manager I was asked why!! The experience was horrible to the point another customer whom I didn’t know asked me what was the worker’s problem.

Took my bracelet in to purchase the end pieces with the safety chain. They applied it for me....in the back and brought it out to me. I put it on but wouldn't stay as clasp was broken..so I went back to store and returned what I had just purchased. They did NOTHING for me. Suggested I buy a new bracelet....shame on you PANDORA

I visited the store on Saturday around 1:30. After choosing a ring the associate (who seemed very putout the entire time she assisted me) ushered me to the checkout. She quickly went into the “guarantee and backing” on the jewelry. I put the ring on around 3pm. Around 4 my finger I had a green tint to my finger. At 5 I had a green ring around it. I called the store and was given every excuse why there jewelry would not turn my skin green by a clerk named Maria. I was given the run around and told I would have to take a in-store Credit for the ring. When I asked to speak to the manager I was put on hold for 45 minutes and I finally hung up. I returned the ring the next day before 24 hours were even up. It was mostly easy since I showed the clerk the green ring around my finger but she seemed skeptical. I will never buy from Pandora again. Cheap jewlery w a difficult return policy. No thanks.

Your email of this survey spoiled my son's surprise gift to me. He even asked that you NOT send an email. The items he'd picked out weren't ready/available and it took him forever one night (during exams) to pick the items up. Totally ridiculous. I feel very sorry for him. Way to ruin a Christmas gift, Scrooge!
