I was having issues with my rose gold bracelet turning my wrist green. The assistant manager Mackenzie assisted me by exchanging my bracelet for me and telling me tips to help avoid it getting wet. I even purchased a new charm since she was able to relieve my concerns by exchanging my rose gold bracelet for me.

I especially like the jewelry. But, I do think that it is overpriced. My friends do not buy it.

Upon arriving we were immediately greeted by Nadia, who was the store manager. Told her I was wanting a bracelet, she immediately went to work measuring my wrist, explains the process, how the charms attached, the clips, the purpose of the clips. She was very knowledgeable, polit & patient.
