When I walked in the store was clean and I was welcomed with a smiling face. I was offered help within 29 seconds of coming into the store. The charms that I wanted weren’t available but the sale lady offered me others that I loved. She cleaned my bracelet and got me out in great time.

Sales mgr went above & beyond to help me make a selection. She had the charm I have(but I didn’t have it w/me) on her own bracelet and took it off to put on a necklace so I could see how it would look. She was great, & extremely pleasant!
