Nadia was so nice, personable and friendly. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me exactly what I wanted. She even made suggestions on different charms based off of her observing my style and taste.

My husband is a Marvel fanatic!So when I saw these I just fell in love. I wanted one to wear as something to have .y hubby always with me. ,Besides the obvious wedding bands. I made 1 "suggestion" Thirsday evening showing him the new collection at your store. Well yesterday (saturday)Saturday, he totally surprised me. Took me to the mall (Kenwood mall in Cincinnati, OH) . Kyle instantly greeted us. She was more than helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond. I've never been in a Pandora store. Just online. I've never owned a piece of Pandora jewelry. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful silver bracelet (they had a few Marvel bracelets left. But all size small.) But um more than happy with my gorgeous silver bracelet and my amazingly adorable HULK charm. I can't stop looking at them. I love them!! ❤️

The 2 young ladies was nice patient and helpful. I only came in to pick up a online order but I ended up purchasing a couple bracelets and charms while browsing in store thanks to the warmth welcoming.

Friendly staff. Everyone in the store complicated my jewelry. They even offered me a job multiple times. Made me feel very welcomed.
