I went in to exchange a ring and I received quick and friendly service. The store was beautiful and the associates were very professional. The product was lovely too of course! I love my ring.

Kyle (salesperson) was attentive, knowledgeable and quick. Some of the other consultants were less engaging and hesitated to greet me when I entered the store.

Upon arrival greeted right away. Was able bro pick my Aunts gift out quickly and what wasn’t available in the store was told could I order on line

They said hello , they didn’t follow me around they when I ask her a question she answer quit, she was sweet and didn’t try to be pushy

Alaina the store manager was our sales associate and she was warm, welcoming, very knowledgeable and even answered other associates questions while assisting us and made us feel like her #1priority. Her interaction with her staff was very positive

I was the only customer in the store. The store was warm, as it was 28 degrees outside. The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable.
