Pandora Jewelry

I am a veteran and I asked if you do veterans discount, I was told no. Yesterday when I asked the young lady said yes they do military discount. I have spend a lot of money in your stores and have not been getting my military discount. I am upset that this has happened. I have spend hundred of dollars in Pandora

We I came in I was only there for like 1 in half when I got waited on. Second the kindness of the representative. Third I got my merchandise less then 15 minutes.

The representative was nice but there wasn’t a lot of variety of charms. I visited on Christmas Eve I put my name on the waiting list, waited for a hour not bad for the holidays. I think whomever was there should’ve been able to go in.

It’s a good place to shop

The associate was very friendly and helpful. Even though the computer didn't work right away to ring out the transaction, the associate was still tentative and keep me engaged and smiling. Thst took my mind off the system not working properly even though it didn't take long for me to what I wanted.

I really love the design of the rings I got. It’s looks good to wear it on regular basis too. It was my first experience and I loved it.

Even though it was a holiday wk, the lady who took the names down was very perfectional. They still let you browse the store. I love that Pandora has different choices of jewelry earrings,necklace, rings besides the charms.

The wait time was not bad at the Kenwood Cincinnati, Ohio location as usual. The woman who helped was super cool and talkative. I came for one Harry Potter charm for my wife and that started an entire conversation about Harry Potter! It’s always awesome this location. Why not! You’re surrounded by jewels and a super clean boutique! I love that location! Super Cool!

The staff, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Manager was great!
