From the time I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces and they were eager to assist me. My sales lady knew exactly what you had and what you didn’t have so I automatically knew what I could get. I had charms that needed to be replaced and she took care of it quickly for me. One item I needed and it wasn’t in stock she wrote down the information so I can call later to see if they have it in. Everything done with ease and with a smile. Excellent customer service!!!

Sales rep was personable she was knowledgeable about the items I was looking for and also suggested a few charms that looked nice with the bracelet I already had. She was fast and knew where everything was. Speedy service I was in and out. I probably would have bought more however the internet service in the store is poor and I couldn’t get cell service to check my wish list that I had together prior to coming in.
