The store was busy but everyone was greeted upon entrance and your name was placed on a list for assistance. The wait was not long and I was not rushed to keep things moving. It was properly staffed and everyone was professional and courteous.

We walked in the door. Was greeted with eye contact, a smile & the young lady walked right over & assisted us. She was friendly & was able to answer my question concerning my charm that had broken. Because I had purchased the charm longer than a year ago it was non refundable. I was fine with the explanation that was given to me. So my husband purchased me a new charm. We left the store satisfied. Thank you
