The store manager explained the promotion in store vs online in a clear and professional manner. She boxed and prepared the pandora gifts beautifully. She was extremely cordial and helpful.

Tammy was the sales associate that assisted me, I was shopping for Anniversary gifts and of course I had to purchase a couple charms myself. She helped arrange my bracelet truly amazing spirited person

Every item I asked for was found and shown to me. I needed help with some ideas and I got great suggestions. Shopping was actually fun because the person helping me was having fun and had an amazing personality.

This was my first visit to a Pandora store and it was a very pleasant visit. I had an issue with a bracelet that my daughter purchased as a gift for me in Dubai. The manager just swapped it out for a new one and that was that! Very pleased!!!
